Shop online 24/7. We update our product portfolio often to ensure we bring you new news, quality craft labels as well as special offers. Ordering is simple: Add all chosen items to your shopping cart then check out and pay either via PayNow, PayPal or Direct Transfer.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?
When your order comes in, we work with our fulfilment partners to have the items picked, packed and delivered to you as soon as possible. We are unable to accommodate any changes to orders after they have been placed online. Please kindly review your items prior to checking out to make sure they are the correct products. If there is an error in the recipient delivery details and you need it altered, please send a WhatsApp message to us immediately so we can have this updated prior to delivery.

DELIVERY POLICY
Gain Brands International processes and delivers orders Monday to Friday. We are closed over weekends and public holidays. Enjoy same day delivery* for all online orders placed by 5pm with additional delivery charge. *Excludes Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. FREE delivery on all orders over S$80. For orders below S$80, a flat S$10 shipping fee applies. Please note that we try our best to get your order to you on time, but sometimes unforeseen delays may occur. We will notify you if this happens and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

WHAT IS OUR RETURNS POLICY?
Due to the nature of alcohol products, returns are generally not allowed except under specific circumstances, which we review on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at enquiries@gainbrands.com should you have a request.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?
There may be times where a return is required due to circumstances beyond our direct control. Returns are permitted if items were incorrectly delivered to the customer. This should be reported to us within one (1) working day of delivery. The returned goods must be the same goods as those supplied, no substitutions are permitted. Goods must be returned in the same condition as they were supplied. Please e-mail us at enquiries@gainbrands.com outlining the issue (also supporting photos and/or videos where relevant). We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and advise you thereafter on the next steps.
