Cobre rum is composed of young and old rums aged in Solera, up to 20 years old for the older one. The youngest bring him the spicy character, the oldest aged in port casks, its unique character.
It is distilled in a copper still (hence its name Cobre, which means copper in Spanish), in the presence of 4 spices : Cardamom, Cinnamon, Ginger and Clove.
