Burleighs Signature London Dry Gin, was inspired by a walk in Burleigh Wood, where master distiller Jamie Baxter happened to come across silver birch, dandelion, burdock, elderberry and iris. From this delicious idea bloomed and the end result is an earthy, crisp, sophisticated gin from Leicestershire.
