Coope Tarrazu is a driving force in the community, besides being the largest employer in the region, the coop is constantly training its associates to improve quality and production. 10 communities of Coope Tarrazu achieved recognition in an internal cupping competition.
The coffees were cupped and the ones, which represent the real Costa Rican flavors were carefully selected – this is one of them! This coffee has lovely nutty and caramel flavors. It has a creamy body, refined acidity of orange fruit and a mellow sweetness of cherries.
