Exceptionally hand crafted vintage Single Grain Whisky reserved in selected American bourbon casks for more than 20 years. KUJIRA is made from the best quality rice and unique Okinawa’s black koji and craftsman through meticulous malting, fermentation, distillation and the undiluted spirit laid down in cask for long years. Complex aroma and mellow taste bring whisky lovers to a different and new concept of Japanese whisky. Non-chill filtered; non-coloured.
Nose: Attractive perfume of oak barrel, vanilla, plum, fresh sweetness.
Palate: Sweetness from bourbon oak barrel, dry fruits, fuller body with some dryness of the oak barrel, giving a balanced body in whole.
Finish: Licorice, perfume of oak barrel, vanilla, spices.
