Ron Botran Añejo 12 is a blend of up to 12 years, distilled from concentrated sugarcane honey that goes through a slow fermentation process.
Ron Botran Añejo 12 is aged under the Solera System at 2,400 meters above sea level, in American white oak barrels that previously contained American Whiskey, new and charred and barrels that had aged old Sherry Wines.
Colour: Glossy mahogany with golden reflections.
Nose: Very expressive, with good intensity. Abundant notes of
vanilla, dried fruits, roasted cocoa and wood.
Taste: Explosive and deliciously balanced on the palate. Notes of fruits such as apricots and figs; almonds and walnuts; memories of charred wood.
Finish: Balanced and harmonious, persistent and long travel.
