"Coutanseaux Ainé Cognac”

The house of Coutanseaux Ainé came into the reign of Louis VS in 1767.
Many prestigious honors including being the flagship of Maison Rouyet Guillet and being the official Cognac supplier to the Royal Court of Sweden.

The Cognac house of Coutanseaux Ainé specialised in creating superbly aged Cognacs of the highest quality eaux-de-vie from the Grande Champagne region for over 300 years.

They are unique in the fact that they only produce Hors d’age Cognac and it can be personalised with the name of the person who purchase it.

Every bottle is hand blown, created with passion, knowledge and the blend contains Cognacs that are aged for a minimum of four decades.

The house of Coutanseaux Ainé Cognac hit the news in recent years when a bottle of a 1767 vintage was found nestling in a private cellar.
It was auctioned and sold for a massive 164,000 euros at the highest ever price realised for a bottle of Cognac.
